- Supporting the clinical team with smooth patient flow.
- Handling enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Keeping the reception area organised, calm, and professional.
- Supporting patients with confidence – explaining processes and treatment options, supporting payment transactions, and helping patients understand private vs NHS services.
