Receptionist/ Admin Assistant #HZO
Location: Bugis (near MRT)
Duration: 1 Year Contract
Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Mon–Fri, 5 days office)
Salary: $3000 - 3700 (Depending on experience)
Job Scope:
- Perform general administrative duties (data entry, document management)
- Handle PO creation and basic procurement processes
- Manage office supplies (e.g. stationery stocktake, access cards, lockers)
- Support front desk/reception duties and act as first point of contact
- Assist with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable with administrative and coordination work
- Friendly, presentable and customer-facing
- Knowledge of SAP / Coupa systems
