Receivables Supervisor

**Location**: Hermosillo, Sonora (On-site)
**Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:36 PM
**Overview**
Lead the Accounts Receivable team, ensuring billing accuracy, timely collections, and strong performance through data-driven decisions.
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily team operations and productivity
- Monitor AR aging and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with billing timelines
- Lead AR review meetings and reporting
- Train and coach team members
- Implement strategies to reduce delinquency
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of AR leadership experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
