Reboot - Project Coordinator (IT - PMO)

Clarins Group is a global skincare and make-up company operating in more than 150 countries.

• Support the IT manager and Reboot Project lead as a project coordinator – writing the minutes of the meetings, coordinating meetings (sending meeting requests, etc.), and following up on tasks and updates.
• Manage daily IT operations, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, and security.
• Support the IT Manager in coordinating infrastructure projects, rollouts, and renovations.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, minutes of meetings, and project plans.
• Work with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
