Rebar’s plant capacity is currently 10,000+ tons. Estimating, detailing, shop scheduling, tagging and shipping is performed using a computerized production management system. Rebar shop drawings are prepared using the latest 3D CAD technology to CSA, CRSI and ASTM specifications. Rebar is installed using in‑house or subcontracted field crews depending on the project requirements. Projects have been completed in various regions of Canada and Bermuda.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing construction sites for rebar installation.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine rebar placement and requirements. (Blueprint knowledge is not required to start)
• Position and secure rebar, mesh, rods, and cables in concrete forms.
