Role Overview
The RTA Scheduler will support daily staffing execution by managing schedules, monitoring real-time performance, and ensuring the right resources are in place to meet service level goals. You will work closely with Operations, WFM, and Support teams to help maintain coverage, drive adherence, and respond quickly to changing business needs.
