Real-Time Fulfillment Operations Specialist

JD Logistics, the logistics arm of JD.com, is building core infrastructure in Spain with a greenfield small-goods fulfillment operation. The role focuses on managing real‑time data flow within the Warehouse Management System, balancing floor productivity with outbound deadlines, and ensuring localized execution of centralized capabilities.

You will lead data-driven control tower functions, monitor labor allocation, and drive continuous improvement across receiving, stowing, picking, and packing
