Real-Time Analyst (RTA) – WFM & Scheduling, Onsite

Recruitify_HR is looking for a Real-Time Analyst (RTA) to monitor queues and staffing levels in real time at their locations in Makati City and Davao City. Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of WFM or RTA experience in a BPO setting and be proficient in MS Excel.

The position demands strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with good communication abilities. Candidates must be willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule.
