- Salary: PHP 21,000 - 27,000/month
- URGENT | 6 Openings (2 Davao + 4 Makati)
Responsibilities
- Monitor queues, staffing and service levels in real time
- Track attendance and schedule adherence
- Identify and escape risks impacting performance
- Provide immediate recommendations to address gaps
Qualifications
- At least 1 year WFM or RTA experience in a BPO setting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and WFM tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule
- Must be based in Philippines
