As a Real Estate Workplace Specialist on the Operations (WPO) Real Estate team you will help support workplace strategy for a global portfolio consisting of 6 million square feet across 148 sites in 35 counties. This role will lead the implementation, management, and optimization of Real Estate data collection and dashboarding platform and drive the use of workplace technology and data to support operational excellence across our global real estate portfolio. Reporting to the Global Director of Real Estate, this position will also lead cross-functional collaboration initiatives and support strategic reporting and analytics to align with business goals.

This position will be primarily remote; however, the ideal candidate will be within a commutable distance to our Nogales, MX facility.
