- At least 1 year of work experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent
- Knowledgeable with real estate software, CRM systems, and online marketing tools
- Experience in outbound sales and fieldwork
- Knowledgeable in real estate laws and regulations
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly sales reporting meetings
- Assist and negotiate deals with clients throughout property purchasing
- Market and promote properties/real estate to attract prospect clients
- Develop competitive market pricing
- Prepare contracts, purchase agreements, deeds, and related documents
