We are looking for a Real Estate** Project Manager** that will be responsible, directly or reporting to a Senior Project Manager, of the technical management of one or more buildings, working on specific projects of redevelopment and refurbishment, respecting timing, costs and quality levels.
Analysis, planning, administration, programming, design, construction and management to ensure that the Real Estate projects are completed according with the budget will be the most important activities that the Project manager will follow.
The ideal candidate will be responsible, directly or reporting to a Senior Project Manager, in particular of the following activities:
* Development and monitoring refurbishment projects considering complex aspects such as permits (changes of use, conventions, implementation plans),...
