This role supports the Senior Real Estate Manager in performing the tasks necessary for new stores/brand extension development in accordance with the Company’s plans in order to maximize the potential of store penetration in high growth mini markets. Customers include Operations, Finance Department, Development Team, internal Legal, external solicitor, external agents and Landlords.
Site Development Planning
- Implement PMO process to optimize the site development and site selection process (Projections of sales, payback and ROI based on fact and decision logic process)
- Assist in the strategic planning for profitable growth by engaging in annual Vision Plan exercise with stakeholders.
- Select the best location and negotiate best value for all real estate acquisition.
- Help establish new market development ideas to further develop the McDonald’s Brand and make recommendations from a Real Estate view point. <...
