Position: Real Estate Manager
Reporting to: Managing Director Location: Chennai (Corporate Office) Qualification: Any Degree
Experience & Duties:
- Experience in Property Acquisition/ Real Estate Management.
- Must have experience in handling multiple properties.
- Revenue maximisation.
- Cost control.
- Security & Caretaking.
- Dealing with Statutory formalities, Property tax, Property maintenance, Rental income, etc.,
- Identifying location/ space conversion from agriculture to commercial/ residential & vice versa.
- Negotiating with landlords/ owners.
- Evaluating feasibility of locations.
- Facilitated solution conversation between the technical, projects, business and finance team.
- End to end responsible for Business expansion (property acquisition/ leasing).
