The selected candidate will play a key role in the legal structuring, execution and active management of our firm's investments working across legal operational and strategic dimensions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal support throughout all phases of acquisition and disposal processes.
- Coordinate and oversee legal due diligence: urban planning contractual civil and registral matters.
Routine Activities Include:
