Responsibilities
Tasks will include:
- Support the day‑to‑day asset management of residential development projects throughout their full lifecycle.
- Work closely with the different teams involved in each project, including commercial, marketing, technical and legal areas.
- Participate in project review and decision‑making processes, helping assess the impact of key strategic, technical and commercial decisions on the Business Plan.
- Prepare Business Plan models in Excel and manage them.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and/or ad‑hoc reporting to investors (The position requires advanced PowerPoint skills and sound presentation abilities).
- Meet and coordinate with key external stakeholders such as architects, lawyers, consultants, agents and suppliers.
