Our client, one of the biggest banks in South Africa who is a firm believer in technical innovation and leading-edge financial solutions is urgently looking for a Senior Manager: Real Estate Development and Project Management (Construction) to lead the Real Estate Development and Project Management Function within South Africa towards the successful delivery of the full life-cycle of Real Estate capital projects which it undertakes.
In order to be considered the following is required:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Degree in Construction and Physical Planning
- More than 10 years of experience in construction project management is preferable to understand the practical principles and practices of the project management discipline
- Microsoft Package (Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word, MS Project), knowledge of share drive
