Role Description
To help accelerate our growth and scale further, we are looking for property agents eager to accelerate their career by joining Propseller’s team of top‑producing Real Estate Consultants, each closing an average of 52 sales transactions per year.
Depending on your experience, you’ll join either as Real Estate Consultant, Senior Real Estate Consultant or Lead Real Estate Consultant.
You’ll be assigned to a territory (East, North‑East, North, West or Central) and work under the close supervision of its Sales Manager.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary and transport allowance with all business expenses covered (listing marketing, computer, cell phone, etc.)
- Competitive commissions with splits ranging from 15% to 90% depending on source, role, and performance.
- Average real‑estate consultant takes home S$225,000 per year (range S$100,000–S$325,000).
