As a Consultant, you will focus on asset valuations for pension funds and REITs. The role involves preparing CUSPAP-compliant appraisal reports and engaging directly with clients and industry professionals across Canada. You will also work towards obtaining your AAC I accreditation, developing vital skills in the process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare CUSPAP-compliant appraisal reports for diverse asset classes
• Conduct research and data collection to support valuations
• Develop cash flow projections and valuation models with ARGUS
• Present valuation insights and findings to clients
• Collaborate on complex real estate assignments with teams
Requirements:
• Candidate appraiser license or pursuing AAC I designation
