Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in real estate sales/leadership

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Team Management & Mentorship

• Conduct 1:1 coaching, roleplay sales scripts, and objection-handling training
• Build structured onboarding programs for new recruits
• Run daily standups, track activity metrics, and monitor pipeline health
• Maintain a high-energy, resilient sales floor culture

📌 Strategy & Target Achievement

• Set daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and conversion targets
• Allocate territories and distribute inbound leads fairly
• Plan local sales campaigns aligned with developer/brokerage goals
