Role Description

The Branch Growth & Operations Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in North York, ON, with a combination of onsite and work-from-home responsibilities. This role oversees branch performance, including driving revenue growth, monitoring key metrics, and implementing strategies to increase market share. The manager coordinates daily branch operations such as staffing, scheduling, workflow optimization, and adherence to policies and procedures.
