Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage sales contracts for real estate transactions.
- Handle applications for campaign agent status.
- Process listings, ensuring all relevant boards are accurately filled out.
- Follow up with conveyancers to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Create compelling text write-ups for property listings.
- Prepare story sheets that highlight property features and selling points.
- Maintain organised records and documentation related to all transactions and listings.
Qualifications
- Degree completed in accounting, business, commerce, entrepreneurship, finance or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred
