Real Estate Administrative Assistant (Hybrid) – Markham, ON
Kaizen Real Estate Team is seeking an energetic, organized, and proactive Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support our growing team.
This hybrid role combines remote administrative work with regular field responsibilities throughout Markham and York Region. You'll work directly with Michael and Neeraj, coordinating transactions, listings, client communications, vendor relationships, and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate real estate transactions from offer to closing
- Manage listing operations, scheduling, and MLS data entry
- Maintain CRM databases (Lofty & Follow Up Boss)
- Prepare CMAs and seller information packages
- Coordinate vendors, photographers, stagers, and service providers
- Ensure RECO and FINTRAC compliance
- Support open houses, lockbox installation, and signage setup
