Real Estate Accounting Supervisor

Staffolio is seeking a highly skilled and critically-thinking Accounting Supervisor to lead a small team of Senior Property Accountants supporting our client. This player-coach role moves beyond basic management, requiring the Supervisor to actively support the team by performing senior-level accounting tasks and providing hands‑on guidance to ensure loyalty, performance, and seamless accounting operations for a complex portfolio of multifamily real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and provide leadership for a team of 3-4 Senior Property Accountants.
• Act as a Player-Coach by actively contributing to and performing senior-level property accounting and reporting tasks alongside direct reports.
• Oversee the month‑end closing process and review high-level financial reports for accuracy and critical insights.
