ABOUT THE ROLE
Ready Mix Drivers are responsible for the primary day‑to‑day delivery of Ready Mix Concrete to job sites, homeowners, and industry clients. In this customer‑facing role you will maintain professional relationships, provide friendly service, and ensure customers receive high‑level delivery and products from Amrize.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Maintain equipment through daily pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and keep it clean inside and out.
- Build and maintain relationships of trust with customers in your assigned geography.
- Provide consistent and reliable customer service through deliveries, ensuring a positive and hassle‑free experience.
- Develop strong working relationships with Logistics and Operations teams as well as fellow operators.
- Participate in the Amrize Ready Mix Training Program.
