Responsibilities
The Collective Bargaining Coordinator leads specific collective bargaining activities and supervises and mentors staff within the Collective Bargaining Department. They manage day‑to‑day operations, lead and assist in addressing collective bargaining needs, oversee collective bargaining efforts, and collaborate with other departments within the Union.
Essential Functions- Supervise, develop, and lead teams in areas of collective bargaining.
- Serve as chief negotiator for multiple collective bargaining agreements, including developing and leading negotiations teams.
- Refine internal systems for tracking, documenting, and communicating changes to employment statutes related to wages, benefits, and terms and conditions of employment.
