Reactor Coolant System Mechanical Technician (Nuclear Power Plant)

Our client is seeking an Outage Reactor Coolant System Mechanical Technician for a shutdown for a nuclear plant. Previous nuclear power plant experience is non-negotiable. The successful candidate will be responsible for Reactor Coolant System (RCS) maintenance activities.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical maintenance, inspection, overhaul, testing, and repair of Reactor Coolant/Cooling System (RCS) equipment.
• Carry out maintenance on RCS components, including pumps, valves, piping, flanges, supports, and associated mechanical equipment.
• Perform dismantling, inspection, refurbishment, reassembly, alignment, and functional testing using approved procedures.
• Ensure compliance with nuclear safety, quality assurance, Permit to Work, LOTO, FME, and radiation protection requirements.
