Key Responsibilities
- Operate reach trucks to move, stack, and retrieve pallets from high racking locations.
- Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles, containers, and trailers efficiently.
- Utilize RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) to track, scan, and ensure accurate placement of materials.
- Conduct daily pre‑shift inspections of equipment, report defects, and follow all occupational health and safety regulations.
- Assist with general warehouse activities including picking, packing, and racking organization.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift/reach truck operator license or certification (mandatory in many regions, such as the UAE).
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or warehouse environments.
- Proficient in operating stand‑up reach trucks; familiarity with VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) operations is a plus.
