- Day Shift: £13.06 per hour
- Night Shift: £15.32 per hour
- Days: £14.97 (P1) | £18.01 (P2)
- Nights: £17.23 (P1) | £20.27 (P2)

- 💷 £50 bonus for every full 4-shift block worked
- 📆 Paid across 12 shift cycles
- 💰 Earn up to £600 in total
