Referment is partnering with a fast‑growing European equities trading venue to hire an experienced Trading Operations Analyst to join their Market Operations team in Madrid.

This is an exciting opportunity for a mid‑to‑senior level professional to join a highly collaborative exchange environment supporting both European and US trading activity, with direct exposure to market operations, post‑trade workflows, client onboarding, and trading infrastructure.
