R&d Region Engineer (Ciudad Apodaca)

Overview

You will lead execution and develop projects focused on our Grains Platform. In this role, you will be on charge of developing and deploying technical solutions across multiple R&D pillars, including Innovation, Portfolio Transformation, Productivity, Brand Stewardship, and business continuity initiatives in partnership with all R&D disciplines. You will deliver great tasting products in compliance with nutritional criteria, cost and time targets.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include creating high-quality, fit-for-purpose products from bench to industrial scale, aligned with PepsiCo Guidelines and the PEP+ agenda.
