What you’ll achieve

You will lead packaging development across all formats, ensuring compliance with legislation, sustainability goals, and supply chain requirements.

• Packaging Development: develop primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging, including display materials. Support industrialization by working with third‑party manufacturers and internal functions to scale up products, attending factory trials and launches when required and contributing to problem‑solving and continuous improvement across all packaging elements.
• Sustainability: test and evaluate alternative materials for contingency, sustainability, and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Innovation: identify new trends through exhibitions and supplier visits, feeding inspiration into innovative workshops.
