The ideal candidate should have experience in research, product development, market analysis, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market and competitor research
Identify new product ideas and business opportunities
Research new technologies, materials, and industry trends
Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation
Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Sales teams
