**Job description**
**Your contribution to Prysmian's Success:**
We are looking for an R&D Electrical Research Lab Engineer to join our R&D Ansaldo Lab.
**In this role, you will:**
* Oversee and coordinate laboratory team activities, ensuring efficient workflow, clear task delegation, training sessions, and a collaborative working environment.
* Plan and supervise electrical tests that support the development of new products and improvements in material properties, with a strong focus on industrial application.
* Analyze test results and prepare reports for stakeholders.
* Work with universities and internal or external stakeholders to keep laboratory activities aligned with state-of-the-art practices and business needs.
