We are currently collaborating with a leading HVAC industry company based in Madrid, which is looking to add an R&D Development Engineer to its team.
About the Role
The R&D Development Engineer is responsible for the design, manufacturing, setup, execution, and reporting of mechanics, thermodynamics, heat transfer and materials tests to support current and future R&D projects. The role combines hands‑on testing, custom tool and jig design, and engineering support to product development teams, ensuring that validation activities are executed autonomously, efficiently, and in line with engineering and quality standards.
Functions
- Perform engineering activities related to the planning, design, development, and validation of products, subsystems, tools, and testing equipment.
