RCA Manager, Operational Risk & Internal Control (Hybrid)

BBVA is seeking a Risk Control Assurance Manager for CIB to oversee Non-Financial Risk across European branches. The role provides exposure to diverse jurisdictions, products and business lines within an international banking environment.

You will perform risk assessments, develop KRIs, support remediation plans, and maintain SOX/non-SOX controls while collaborating with Business, Operations, Compliance and Audit teams to strengthen the control framework.
