Rba Code of Conduct - Americas Program Manager

**Cisco is looking for a Program Specialist to join the Supply Chain Sustainability (SCS) team, which **is responsible for** driving environmental and social responsibility initiatives within the Supply Chain Organization (SCO) and with our suppliers.**
Impacts/Outcomes
As a part of the team focused on Code of Conduct performance, the RBA Code of Conduct - Americas Program Manager will work with internal supply chain functions to outline supplier performance to our Supplier Code of Conduct, identify opportunities for improvement, and partner to reach our responsible sourcing goals. They will also play a key role working with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA).
