Are you ready to contribute to the management of one of Queenslands iconic national parks? As part of the Pioneer team, youll play a key role in delivering the work unit's Operational Plan and Annual Work Plan under the guidance of the Ranger in Charge.
This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including operating and maintaining plant and equipment, managing pest plants and animals, conducting planned burns and wildfire suppression, and maintaining park infrastructure. Youll also manage small projects, perform compliance activities, and support natural and cultural resource management. Practical skills in operating and maintaining tools and equipment are essential.
