An opportunity for a ME serial process engineer has arisen within Airbus Operations in Getafe (Madrid) for the role of IMC Manager. The IMC Manager is responsible for leading the Industrial Maturity Center (IMC) in Getafe, a center dedicated to the development of new technologies and ensuring an efficient, safe, ergonomic, and sustainable entry into service, with a special focus on WB and SA ramp up.
Responsibilities
Manage technology maturation from TRL6 to MRL7.
Provide training in new technologies before entry into service.
Drive innovation and idea generation for the plant.
Oversee IMC governance, including MFT meetings and approval panels.
Manage IMC modules, such as showrooms, collaborative spaces, and the robotics lab.
