Rail Systems Design Lead (Toronto)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project pursuits including development of proposals and organizational chart/team structure for project delivery.
• Play key role in project initiation and planning, including hours estimation, schedule development and project execution plan.
• Lead the Rail Systems elements of project delivery within Mott MacDonald Canada, including management and oversight of detailed design and budget management.
• Develop, coordinate, and efficiently manage resources to complete systems engineering scope involving multiple disciplines and across multiple offices.
• Coordinate and manage efforts of sub‑consultants, sub‑contractors, and suppliers.
• Lead, coordinate and manage the QA process in alignment with the Mott MacDonald QMS and project‑specific requirements.
