Quotations Specialist (Kitchener)

Responsibilities

• Convert written specifications and construction drawings into quotation.
• Determine the most cost‑effective options to meet project specifications.
• Receive requests and respond to inquiries from customers.
• Meet with vendors/suppliers to build strong and profitable relationships.
• Maintain proper files for product quotes within the company quotation program.
• Communicate critical information to purchasing and field associates regarding vendors, products, pricing, and competitors.
• Facilitate project handoff to contract managers upon job award.

Qualifications

• EIT, CET or PMP graduate, or 3 years’ experience in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical products, including power systems and controls.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
