• The Technical Quote Specialist role is the key customer touch point within the Comstor Product Sales/Internal Account Management team and is responsible for ensuring our partners first encounter with our business is one of exemplary service with a strong focus on technical excellence.
• The role will require a high level of professionalism and the ability to juggle multiple phone calls and tasks whilst ensuring a consistent level of support for our customers. The Technical Quote Specialist must ensure all customer responses are within set SLA's and our customers expectations are met and exceeded for all queries, issues and order resolution.

Experience, skills, and knowledge

• Technical knowledge of convergence, storage, data centre, infrastructure, security, networking, virtualisation & cloud technologies.
• Previous experience in an inside sales or pre-sales role.
