Quick Commerce Leader, Amazon Now Mx

Amazon Now is looking for an MX leader for this business to drive the P&L and the strategy for the short term and long term.
Key job responsibilities: This role is responsible for managing the 3P partnership relationships where business problems, account strategy, and operational direction may not be clearly defined.
A day in the life: The role will manage the P&L, the short term and long term strategy, the relationship with the 3P, a team that oversees product management, account management, marketing, operations and growth.
The role will operate with limited guidance, designing solutions and managing plans in the absence of established SOPs for a business in early growth phase.
The candidate will have a strong collaboration with Amazon Now WW teams to bring best practices to MX.
