- Measuring of Quantity taking from drawings.
- Sourcing for quotations for sub-contracts.
- Drafting/Preparing sub-contracts letter of awards letters, sub-contracts agreement.
- Submission of main contract VO & claims etc.
- Preparation for making claims, and sub-contract accounts administration.
- Interviews of subcontractors and preparation of subcontractors’ claims.
- At least Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- At least 5 years of related working experience. Those with more than 10 years of QS experience will be considered for Senior QS position.
- Civil Engineering/Construction knowledge is preferred.
