Quantity Surveyor/Project Surveyor III (Pre-Contract)

Job Summary

To control and monitor all commercial aspects in the delivery of project throughout the construction life cycle of the project. To undertake cost management at pre-contract stage and post contract stage. Ensuring project costs budgets and cash flow compliance all within Company and Client Protocols and Procedures. With a focus on building asset projects.

Duties and responsibilities

• Assist Directors in leading and delivery of all aspects of quantity surveying from inception of a project through to completion.
• Experienced in working collaboratively within a team of professionals delivering cost management and consultancy services.
• Possess sound knowledge and experience of all building works elements enabling works substructure & superstructure facades finishes FF&E external works etc.
