• Proficiency in estimation and cost control.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software.
• Experience in demolition and strengthening works (not mandatory).
• Strong organizational, planning, and strategic skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (not mandatory).
• DM License (G+1, G+4 or equivalent) – preferred.
