Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts, payment applications, variations, cost control, and subcontractor management while leading a Quantity Surveyor team with strong FIDIC knowledge.
• Conduct detailed cost estimation for projects by analysing blueprints, specifications, and other documents to ensure accuracy in budgeting.
• Source and evaluate suppliers and vendors, prepare cost estimates, and manage project costs across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil construction projects.
• Lead quantity surveying activities, manage cost estimation, contract administration, and team supervision while ensuring project delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Prepare cost estimates and manage subcontractor accounts, manage procurement, conduct risk analysis, and mentor junior staff.
