Responsibilities
- Verify completeness of tender documents and update amendments and corrigenda
- Identify discrepancies in tender documents and raise queries to resolve issues promptly
- Perform precise measurements and prepare detailed Bills of Quantities to support accurate cost estimation
- Coordinate the calling of quotations, pricing, and compilation of Pre-Qualification Memoranda (PQM) and post-tender questionnaires to facilitate informed tender submissions
- Develop and maintain project budgets and cash flow forecasts to support financial planning and control
- Solicit subcontractor quotations, prepare cost comparison reports, negotiate terms, and recommend awards to optimize project costs
