Job Summary
Manage cost estimation, financial projection, and payment claims for contractor works, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with contract requirements to support project financial control and procurement processes.
Responsibilities- Prepare cost estimations by verifying subcontractors’, vendors’, and specialists’ submissions to ensure accuracy before endorsement and timely submission to Employer Representatives for approval
- Develop financial projections and implement budgetary and expenditure controls for Contractor’s works to maintain financial discipline
- Prepare Contractor’s monthly payment claims and final accounts, ensuring complete and timely submission with all supporting documents to Employer Representatives for payment processing
