- Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
- Assessment of progress payments to subcontractors / suppliers
- Preparation of progress claims and variation order to the client
- Settlement of final accounts with Client and subcontractors / suppliers
- At least Diploma in QS/ Civil Engineering / Building
- Minimum 2 year relevant experience working in construction industry
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently
